Solve the cipher 3
Congratulations to the winner of the last cipher contest, David Demner, and to Louis Belluk who came in second by 10 minutes. The cipher below is a number slide cipher. The numbers correspond to places shifted in the alphabet from the previous letter, and it is slightly harder than the last cipher:
