Several menorahs are being recalled due to a fire hazard.

Health Canada is recalling several menorahs that pose a fire hazard.

In a recall notice issued Thursday (Feb. 3), Health Canada said the resin and MDF menorahs – sold at HomeSense locations – can burn or catch fire when holding lit candles.

The recalled products include:

Product name Size (width x diameter x height, in cm) Style number
Medium Density Fibre Board (MDF) Emoji Menorah W30 x D6.1 x H5.5 094579
Resin Hanukkah Llama Menorah W22.5 x D4.5 x H17 094527
Resin Rainbow Menorah W24.5 x D5.3 x H11.5 094573
Resin Tower Menorah W30 x D8 x H12 094574

Health Canada is advising consumers who purchased any of the recalled products to return them to a HomeSense location for a refund.

The company reportedly sold 307 of the affected menorahs in Canada from October to December 2021.

Health Canada said that, as of last month, the company has received four reports of incidents, and no reports of injuries, in Canada.
