Are you looking for a New Year’s resolution to get excited about? Come and join a fantastic group of devoted people every Saturday morning for 13 weeks. Whether you’re a runner or a walker of any level, the internationally regarded SportMed BC 10k InTraining Program will help you reach your health and fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment. 

Choose from Nordic pole walking, learn to run, walk/run and run stronger. We will gradually develop your strength and stamina so that you can train injury-free in preparation for a 10k distance. If a running race isn’t what you are after, just come along for the training, weight room access is included with the program.
