Volunteers are needed for Bowen Island's Emergency Social Services.
ESS provides short-term disaster relief across British Columbia in the event of fires, floods, earthquakes and other emergencies. It depends on community volunteers to plan and provide for the essential needs of individuals, families and response workers. This may include food, shelter, clothing, emotional support and finding loved ones.

No specific skills are required to become a volunteer. If you'd like to be a part of the team, please contact ESS director Reidun van Kervel at947-2276 or email [email protected].
