A Medication Review allows you to schedule a one-on-one appointment with your pharmacist in a private area of the pharmacy. When you come to the review, you bring with you all of your medications, including prescriptions, over the counter medications, vitamins, supplements and more.
You and your pharmacist will carefully go over each and every one of your medications. Your pharmacist will then provide you with tips and easy to understand advice on how to best take your medication and get the most out of them without, unknowingly, compromising your health. Your pharmacist will also provide you with a list of your current medications to keep as a reminder or to share with other health care professionals.
