This summer, Bowen Islanders had a chance to check out a 1928 Dodge Victory, 1956 Continental Mark II, a BMW R65 motorbike and many more cool classic vehicles at the 1st Annual Bowen Island Classic Motor Show. With admission by donation, the Motor Show raised $1,751.84 for the Bowen Island Museum & Archives. This happened, of course, with community help including sponshorship from 26 local businesses.
Motor show founder Raef Grohne was pleased to hand over the donation to the Museum & Archives, and also would like to say a big thank you to all sponsors.
