Ever seen a killer whale jawbone? Or how about feel sharkskin? Maybe it's time to touch a sea otter pelt? Under the Sea!
On August 27, Bowfest will be a spectacular splash with its Under the Sea theme.
This year the upper field will have a very special visit from the Vancouver Aquarium.
Two lovely volunteers will be on hand to show your some very cool biofacts that showcase local and global marine life. Come and learn about how we can keep the worlds waters healthy!
Also very exciting is a visit from the Marine Life Sanctuary Society folks.
They have graciously offered to show everyone species from under the sea in our own back yard - the exact location of their tanks to be announced.
And of course - we would NEVER forget the fun of the pony rides and the world-famous Slug Race, always a big hit for everyone.
