The BC Ferry Commissioner will hold a public meeting on Bowen Island on Saturday, October 15, 10 am to noon at the Gallery at Artisan Square.
The commission is appointed under the Coastal Ferry Act to regulate fares and service levels of the ferry operator, BC Ferry Services Inc. on 25 saltwater routes.The commission is independent of both the provincial government and BC Ferries and is presently conducting a review of the Coastal Ferry Act. Public input is invited.
