Early on September 22, crews began tearing up the old asphalt through Snug Cove. Starting at the Undercurrent office, they are working their way down to the docks. On September 23, they will do the upper portion to BICS. After that, a lot of the scheduling will depend on the weather.
There are crews onhand to help drivers negotiate the changes in traffic patterns. So far it seems to be running pretty smoothly.
