Cape Roger Curtis dock complaint to be heard Nov. 16 and 17
On Nov. 16 and 17, the Supreme Court will hear the complaint on the legality of bylaw #381 prohibiting further construction of docks at Cape Roger Curtis. Two property owners of Cape Roger Curtis filed the lawsuit. The court session is open to the public and will be held in the downtown Vancouver law-courts at 800 Smithe Street. Representatives from municipal government will attend.
