On January 19, a group of Bowen Sun Run clinic participants and leaders started a 13 week journey to be prepared for the Sun Run event on Sunday, April 21.
The results of their hard work were put to the test this past Sunday as they competed with 48,196 other runners in the Vancouver Sun Run.
Congratulations to all the participants who dedicated their time and efforts to creating and establishing a foundation for a healthier lifestyle.
