As islanders debate the $332,658 tax the municipality is paying Islands Trust in 2019, so will convene the joint meeting between the Islands Trust executive and Bowen Island council.
The meeting starts at 4 p.m. Monday afternoon (March 4) and the agenda includes discussion of Bowen’s tax levy to the Islands Trust and presentation of Bowen’s 2019 Island Plan (council’s recently-released strategic plan for the year).
The meeting will be live streamed (like all public BIM meetings) or show up in person.
