Everyone is reminded to turn their clocks back one hour before they go to sleep on Saturday night as Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend.

Most smartphones and computers will automatically change, but don’t forget your microwaves or manual clocks.

Automatic clocks will change from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. on early Sunday morning.

Daylight Saving Time is used mostly in North America, Europe and in certain areas of Australia and South America.

While there have been many debates if the clock-changing system should stay or say goodbye, the main benefit and argument is it gives children more daylight to travel to school in the morning during the winter season.
