Last Saturday after yoga I had a small medical incident. The ambulance was called and arrived in 10 minutes. I’d like to mention a special thanks to Sara Sutherland the yoga instructor, Bev Lindsey, and Patti for staying with me and calling everyone who had to be called.
Thanks also to my best bud Janice MacLean who went to my home to advise my husband what was happening. He is recovering from surgery and can’t get around. Janice also took my little dog and walked and fed her and made sure all was well.
Patti, words can not say what a selfless person you are to give up your Saturday for someone you didn’t even know to accompany me to the hospital and wait with me until they released me. Sara was in town later in the day and swung by the hospital and drove Patti and I back to the ferry and home.
The paramedics were also awesome. Sorry I didn’t get their names as I was in a little discomfort.
I am so grateful I live in such a caring community. I am forever thankful to all of you.
