Golfers brave winter weather to compete in the Snowman Scramble

On Saturday, January 11th brought a rain and wind warning, but that didn't deter 56 of Bowen Island's most hearty golfers from competing in the Bowen Island Golf Club's 9th Annual Snowman Scramble. This 4 person scramble is the longest running event at the BIGC and is held every January.

Skies cleared after a couple holes and spirits were high as the rain held off until just minutes following the completion of play.
