Bowen celebrated Sacred Creates Across Cultures at this year's Bowfest on August 23.
It was the 49th edition of the island festival which for nearly five decades now has left memorable moments each and every time. Some of this year's included One Float To Rule Them All, Sandy the Heron, the Fabulous Flyers, and of course our two-legged and four-legged residents of the year: Steve Edwards as Citizen of the Year and Dallas (with parents Sarah Kraatz and Erik Miller) as Dog of the Year.
