Having just finished volunteering for the 30th Vancouver Writers Festival, held on Granville Island, my mind reels with the many-faceted ways one can express stories.

On the Wings of Trees – Reflections in Object and Image is an exhibition that Bob Miller and Cherie Westmoreland are mounting at Elliott Hall. The title reflects many elements of the exhibition.

It’s no walk in the park to sit down and write a poem, but try writing one with another person –or an entire book of poems. That’s just what local poet Jude Neale has done.
