Seeing things anew: G-day welcomes a girl into adolesence, and heals old wounds
I took a friend’s 12 year old daughter to G Day - a day long rite of passage signaling, celebrating and supporting 10 – 12 year old girls on the cusp of womanhood. I could have really used an event like this when I was a preteen in the mid 70’s.
