Connecticut voters on Tuesday approved an amendment to the state’s constitution that could make it easier to cast ballots by mail or through drop boxes in future elections.

Vice President Kamala Harris won Virginia on Tuesday, adding 13 electoral votes to her tally. Harris’ victory marks the third time Donald Trump has lost the Old Dominion state.

Democratic Rep. Chris Pappas won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing New Hampshire on Tuesday. Pappas will serve a fourth term after succeeding Democrat Carol Shea-Porter in 2018.
