Dear Editor, My sincere thanks to all of those who came out last Saturday to help celebrate my retirement from Island Pacific School.

Dear Editor, Your May 26th issue was full of good stories as to the happiness enjoyed by many locals and visitors from the overdue arrival of sunny, warm weather on the May long weekend.

Warning: If you’re blissfully happy with your family screen-time usage, stop reading now. It was 2005 P.F. (Pre-FaceBook) when I first witnessed the addictive power of the screen.

Dear Editor, When Metro bought Crippen, there existed over 100 cottages that had belonged to Union Steamship resort. They decided some, which were scattered amongst some old evergreen trees, would be torn down.
